License for alcoholic beverages retail tradeThe process of obtaining a permit (license) to engage in alcoholic beverages retail trade by legal persons is governed by: THE RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN «ABOUT THE MEASURES FOR THE FURTHER REGULATING OF RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS» dated 16.03.2007, № PP-605 State fee for 1 month is 5 minimum wages.
List of the documents required for registration: 1. Application; 2. Certificate of incorporation (Guvohnoma); 3. A copy of the company director’s passport; 4. The certificate confirming the 100% formation of a authorized capital in the amount of not less than 100 the minimum wage, by property or by money (a letter from a bank or/and an acceptance and delivery certificate); 5. A copy of the rent contract + copy of cadastral register; 6. The reference issued by State Tax Inspection about installing and registering the cash register for alcoholic beverages; 7. The reference and contract with the bank about the installation of the terminal for acceptance of non-cash payment; 8. The reference issued by a district office of the State Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision; 9. The reference issued by a district office of Fire Safety Inspectorate; 10. Bank marked payment order for the payment of state fee in the amount of 5-hold minimum wage for 1 (one) month.
