List of documents for submission to the MFA of the Republic of Uzbekistan (visa support to Uzbekistan for foreign citizens)

The application of an organization applying to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the first time must be accompanied by:

1. a copy of the Charter, the founding agreement or the regulations;
2. a copy of certificate of registration;
3. a copy of tourist activity license (if available);
4. a copy of permit (license) for foreign specialists for employment in Uzbekistan;
5. a sample of the organization's letterhead with the legal address, phone numbers and other conract information;
6. a sample of the signature of the CEO of the organization with sample of the round seal on the letterhead (+a copy of the CEO's passport + a copy of the order for the CEO);
7. power of attorney for an employee of the organization (passport + a copy of the order on his appointment) engaged in issuing visa invitations on letterhead – 2 pcs. in the original;
